Abstract

The objective of this article is to propose the continuous improvement in the performance of the administrative staff of the Civil Registry of Chimborazo. According to the scope, a descriptive investigation was carried out to identify and solve the problem in the performance of the administrative area. The Results reflected that all the administrative personnel know what their functions are, but nevertheless they do not fulfill their functions within the assigned position, nor can they carry out all the activities in the administrative area within the 8 daily hours of work. Of the administrative staff, 3 people have an administrative appointment or contract and the 6 people carry out two operational and administrative activities. As a conclusion, it was obtained that providing tools to identify the problems of each of the administrative processes will allow the staff to minimize task times, organize work times in the administrative and operational areas, in order to meet the objectives.
