Abstract

The objective of the research was to design an information system for the management of computer resources. The research was quantitative approach. The results showed that through the (technical) implementation of the completed computer application that will be part of the Telematics department, it will favor the automation of most of the processes and activities of the Telematics department. It can be concluded that currently the competitiveness of companies in a globalized world are highlighting the need for our institution to recognize the strategic value of innovation and through this incorporate techniques and tools for resource management, which will help to enhance the Institution. With the system implemented, we hope that the Institution complies and enters on a par with the technological innovation that is currently presented in the Companies.
