Abstract

Objective: to analyze the satisfaction of patients and their families with regard to the care received in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Hospital IESS Latacunga. Method: descriptive observational. Results: a more everyday language that can be understood by the relatives of patients admitted to the ICU. Conclusion: the quality of nursing care in the ICU can be improved through user-centered care and continuous improvement in the processes and structures of care.
