Resumen

Objetivo: analizar la satisfacción de los pacientes y sus familiares con respecto a la atención recibida en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) del Hospital IESS Latacunga. Método: Descriptivo observacional. Resultados: un lenguaje más cotidiano el cual puedan entender los familiares de los pacientes internados en la UCI. Conclusión: la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en la UCI puede mejorarse a través de una atención centrada en el usuario y una mejora continua en los procesos y estructuras de atención.
