Abstract

The objective of this article is to demonstrate the need for a human talent management model to improve the work performance of the staff of the Credit Union Credi Ya Ltda. The research was descriptive, because it was able to describe or characterize the problem of resource management. human talent of the organization studied. The Results allowed to identify that a large part of the collaborators of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Ya Ltda. have been hired through recommendations, affirming that the institution has a positive work environment, allowing a better performance of the workers when they feel comfortable; In addition, it was specified that a large part of the collaborators are newly hired, exercising their activities for a short time. In conclusion, there is a need to implement a human talent management model for the selection of personnel, the form of hiring, the induction process, training, and continuous evaluation.
