The objective of the research was to propose a management methodology by lean administration that allows the efficient performance of operational personnel as a key factor for the efficient development of administrative activities. A type of descriptive research was used, due to the topic raised and the problems that are closely related to the administrative staff and the processes that are carried out during the execution of their activities. The Results showed that a higher percentage of collaborators who consider that their work is not recognized and do not receive training and teamwork is not promoted; Similarly, workers do not receive feedback on the results of performance evaluation. In conclusion, the value chain is a key factor to identify the shortcomings in the processes and determine the skills that are required to eliminate the existing gaps and achieve optimal results.
