Management of university processes

The general objective is to propose a procedure for the improvement of the management of the processes that are developed in the secretary of the Medicine career of the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes. The research is descriptive, since it characterizes the current situation on the management of processes in the organization under study. The Results reflected that the students and teachers investigated ratify the fact that the processes or procedures developed in the studied institution are delayed, although they are aware that they are procedures that are carried out between various units of the university, which affects the percentage of efficiency in management. In conclusion, the solution to the problem involves the implementation of clear administrative processes so that they can be automated in systems with web features in such a way that students could make inquiries from outside the University.
