Abstract

 

The objective of the research was to design an automated system for the cadastral record in a revenue department. According to the modality, the research is quantitative, which guarantees the representativeness of the data and the scientific basis of the research. According to the scope, it is a descriptive research. The results reflected that the automated systems for public institutions have led to use as reference two works of the authors (Novo Muñoz, et al., 2018), who try to explain the importance of the use of new technological tools and the advantages. It can be concluded, that with the designed system and once implemented in the department, the user has the facility to make requests for information and processes without any difficulty, since the use is done through the Internet that today is part of the important work tools..
