Hábitos del mantenimiento del cepillo dental en estudiantes de básica

Objetivo: Analizar los hábitos del mantenimiento del cepillo dental en estudiantes de básica. Método: Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática conforme a las directrices PRISMA. Conclusión: Los resultados de esta revisión sistemática evidencian una necesidad crítica de mejorar los hábitos de mantenimiento del cepillo dental entre los estudiantes de educación básica. La prevalencia de prácticas inadecuadas, como el reemplazo infrecuente y el almacenamiento incorrecto del cepillo dental, resalta la falta de conocimientos y la carencia de intervenciones educativas efectivas. Factores sociodemográficos influyen significativamente en estos hábitos, lo que subraya la necesidad de estrategias educativas inclusivas y accesibles para todos los niveles socioeconómicos.
