Abstract

The objective of this research is to implement a strategy to improve the management of the sales process in the company Lysagrim Cia Ltda in 2021. According to the scope, descriptive research was applied, so the data will be analyzed through interviews to reach to identify the problem and establish solutions and as a result obtain better profitability. The Results indicated that the organization has weaknesses in the training, which is not realistic, it only applies once every two years, the staff must be updated with the techniques and technological tools; The company has policies in an empirical way to be able to guide those in charge of this department. In conclusion, there are different problems that the sales area presents, related to the lack of effective advertising techniques, the lack of advice to customers, a shortage of training and continuous knowledge updates.
