Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the organizational learning culture and the job performance of employees who work at the Amazon State University. The research was descriptive why the importance of the relationship between organizational learning and the work performance of the servers of the organization under study is going to be analyzed. The Results indicated that in the institution if they identify the skills of their collaborators to carry out future work and also help each other at work to fulfill said task, it is very beneficial for any company or institution, since there are people with complementary skills who are committed to a common goal. As a conclusion, it was obtained that there is a strong correlation between organizational learning and the work performance of the employees of the Amazon State University, it was also shown that it greatly influences work performance.
