Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze the job satisfaction of the workers of the "JUAN PIO DE MORA" Savings and Credit Cooperative. According to the scope of the investigation, it was descriptive, because it allows us to identify the problem that the institution currently has. The Results showed that many of the workers do not have support for their personal development, this would improve if more attention is paid to their desire to improve, supporting them in their studies, courses or training so that they can have better opportunities. In conclusion, the majority of workers stated that they do not feel valued for their personal achievements, this would change if they were granted a bonus for their good performance, if they reach the established goals they would be rewarded with an economic incentive and those people who stood out in their work would be recognized with a material incentive.
