Abstract

The objective of this article is to describe the main dimensions of the Organizational Climate of the Marco Vinicio Iza General Hospital for its improvement. The methodology used in the research was descriptive, taking into account that the behavior of the members that make up the organization was described. The Results showed that internal communication within the Hospital is not good, since the information provided is not useful and timely, and a good induction to admission to the Institution has not been carried out either. Considering that there must be good communication to obtain positive results aimed at meeting goals and objectives, in addition to harmonizing a good organizational climate. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that there is a very low trend in relation to the dimensions of Communication, Work Environment, Remuneration, and Leadership, perceived by workers, either due to events, policies, practices, and procedures that they experience in their activities.
