Coaching model to improve administrative and teaching management

The objective of this article is to propose a coaching model that allows improving administrative and teaching management at the CTT de los Andes Santo Domingo Technological Transfer and Development Center. Depending on the scope, the methodology that will be used will be descriptive research since it will allow describing the problems and possible solutions. The Results showed that the majority of the teaching staff does not have enough spirit and energy to carry out their work. Considering the results obtained, we can deduce that the institutional authorities do show concern for the personal fulfillment of the teaching team. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that since the research was carried out, goals have been achieved with which the fulfillment of the objective is guaranteed and thus propose a coaching model that improves administrative and teaching management in the Center for Transfer and Technological Development CTT de los Andes.
