Abstract

The objective of the research was to propose a portfolio of technological projects for emergency care processes. The type of quantitative research; the study involves the analysis of information, through statistical data, to solve problems. The results determined that there is disagreement with the system, more than half of the personnel said that they were dissatisfied with the system, several evaluators agreed that the filling of the forms must be automated. As a conclusion, it was obtained that the information obtained and referring to all the necessary parameters to obtain data, promotes decision-making regarding the use of the portfolio of technological projects proposed in the analysis of the proposal. Regarding the inappropriate use of the application and help buttons, it is advisable to educate the public, to avoid wasting time, economic and human resources, equipment and infrastructure.
