Web information systems and the socioeconomic management of a housing complex

The objective of the research was to expose the effectiveness of Web Information Systems in the socioeconomic management of the Tierra Verde housing complex in Esmeraldas-Ecuador. The type of research that was implemented was a quantitative approach that guaranteed the numerical integrity of the data through statistics. The results showed that the use of Information Systems currently leads us to control all the processes that companies manage in order to have accurate and timely information, with efficiency and effectiveness, fulfilling the goals set together with their mission. and his vision. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that the training was carried out for both managers and owners in the Web Information System, where they have been socialized and made aware of the essential contribution of each one of them for the success that by inertia will result in themselves.
