The study was carried out with a non-experimental design, mixed methodological approach. The cohort was cross-sectional, the population being analyzed by teachers and directors of the Center. A questionnaire was applied to the teachers and an interview to the manager, the results indicate that the teachers have not known how to face the challenges and proposals, so a proposal for reflection, motivation and training is presented.
