Abstract

Teachers in times of COVID-19 were forced to change their traditional methodologies and strategies, going from face-to-face to a completely online modality, causing a series of problems and questions, not knowing these environments. The objective of this research is to analyze how the teachers of the Universidad Católica de Cuenca [UCACUE] La Troncal Extension, used synchronous spaces for teaching-learning processes during the pandemic, based on a quantitative analysis with a non-experimental approach , in order to obtain information by applying a cross-sectional cohort survey, resulting in the Zoom platform one of the most used, because it is easy to use, in this way it can be said that, involuntarily and at a certain moment the pandemic has caused a A necessary change in teachers who were unaware of these tools and today, are already prepared to be able to apply them without any inconvenience.
