Complications during hemodialytic treatment in patients with chronic kidney disease

Objective: to identify difficulties during hemodialysis treatment when receiving renal therapy at Dialvida in the city of Ambato from January to November 2021. Method: Review of clinical history. Results: In relation to the type of complication that the patients presented, it was determined that the most incidence corresponded to volume depletion in relation to cramps with 45% followed by arterial hypotension in 25%, in relation to volume overload the Arterial hypertension with 19% and acute pulmonary edema with 6.25%, in relation to cardiovascular arrhythmia is obtained with 5%. Conclusion: Patients with chronic kidney disease who receive hemodialysis predominated in the male sex and the most predominant age is from 60 years, being that comorbidity such as Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension that are a factor to suffer from chronic kidney disease.
