Electronic marketing for business management in a microenterprise

Abstract

Propose the Hootsuite system that allows the improvement of the commercial management of the microenterprise Revisiones Vehiculares Don Galo. The research was quantitative, descriptive and the survey was used as a technique. The results indicated that electronic marketing would significantly help microenterprises so that they can stand out in the market. When analyzing the clients, it can be verified that they would like to establish a communication with the microenterprise, to be updated of any news when buying a vehicle. In conclusion, one has that the great utility of the electronic marketing system will promote the expansion of the brand to society and, above all, it would generate more income, fewer problems for buyers when purchasing a used vehicle. Electronic marketing has allowed the microenterprise Revisiones Vehiculares Don Galo to have marketing strategies.
