Microsoft Teams and teaching challenges in Basic General in times of pandemic

The objective of this article is to analyze in what way Basic Education teachers used the Microsoft Teams platform, the challenges in the use of this technological tool. Methodologically descriptive. Consequently, the problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused a change from face-to-face education to virtual learning, it should be noted that the results reflected that the teachers were not trained in a timely manner to continue in the teaching-learning process. For this reason, it was evidenced that general basic educators need to be trained in the use of this educational digital platform to continue teaching their classes.
