Objective: To analyze gingival bleeding in dental students. Method: Descriptive documentary. Conclusion: The analysis of gingival bleeding in dental students reveals its multifactorial nature, influenced by viral infections such as COVID-19, the presence of dental calculus, smoking and socioeconomic factors that affect access to dental care. Regular professional interventions and advanced techniques, such as the use of diode lasers, are effective in managing gingival bleeding and improving periodontal health.
