Burnout syndrome during the Covid-19 pandemic in health center professionals

Objective: to determine the prevalence of burnout syndrome during the COVID-19 pandemic in professionals of the health center A of Baños - Ecuador. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and Conclusion: Emotional fatigue is one of the factors that is most evident in the study group with 70% in a mild form, which determines that it is one of the probable causes for the generation of burnout in the personnel of the type A Baños health center. It is determined that studies related to burnout syndrome can serve to improve preventive measures against the risk of developing the disease.
