Abstract

Objective: To analyze hysterectomy in obstetrics and complications before and after pregnancy. Method: The method used in this research is the bibliographic and systematic, observational and retrospective review on factors associated with incidences in hysterectomized patients, using sources such as Dialnet, Scielo and other resources. Results and conclusions: Several risk factors have been found for the appearance of infectious diseases after hysterectomy, among them, the presence of vaginal secretions before surgery, detection of inflammation in cytology. The use of a cervical and vaginal IUD, consistent with the pathogenesis described in the medical literature, and can be modified and prevented before surgery. Other controversial factors remain, such as whether the arches of the vagina and peritoneum are closed or not, as well as the duration of the activity. And the amount of blood that comes out
