Professionals with disabilities: Obstacles, challenges and inclusion in the work and social environment

Objective: To analyze the labor development of professionals with disabilities and their obstacles, challenges and inclusion in the labor and social environment. Method: bibliographic type. Results: 15 articles related to the research topic were scrutinized. Conclusion: Many companies question the results they will have due to the hiring of people with disabilities, if people had the knowledge and attitudes to perform properly and thus can reach victory.
