Abstract

The Intercultural Bilingual Community Education conquered ground through social struggle based on international treaties, the constitution, the LOEI education law and the intercultural bilingual education model MOSEIB, the proposal of integration of social actors in the construction of the curricular instruments of the intercultural bilingual educational unit ABC to make the research feasible. The qualitative methodology through an interview with open questions to the teaching staff and community authorities, the politicization, lack of training, pedagogical materials, monitoring of the authorities cause a total divorce between the actors involved, a transdisciplinary and cosmoteluric holistic interaction is proposed between the components where the conformation of the educational ayllu is required, focused on the interaction between the different representatives to solve the problems using the general assembly using the collective rights, education is the cosmogonic life of a people living together under a unique transdimentional symbiosis.
