Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine the influence of technology on the teaching-learning process during the COVID19 health emergency, as well as to propose strategies that promote the use and application of technology in the virtual teaching process of high school students. Methodologically descriptive. 13.3% of parents indicate that limited internet access did not allow to use social networks to communicate with teachers. In short, ignorance of computer strategies has been a disadvantage of virtual education, despite the existence of many virtual platforms that facilitate learning, this ignorance of their use has prevented students from accessing to continue their educational process and maintain contact with the teacher.
