Abstract

Objective: To analyze the level of knowledge about healthy oral hygiene habits in children and adolescents. Method: Descriptive documentary. Conclusion: Analysis of the level of knowledge about healthy oral hygiene habits in children and adolescents reveals a significant gap between theoretical knowledge and effective practice, exacerbated by socioeconomic factors and the influence of technology and the media. To address these challenges, it is crucial to implement multifaceted, culturally sensitive interventions that are accessible to all populations.
