Tutoring in the group integration of nursing career students

Objective: To analyze the teaching tutoring as a technique of group integration in the academic performance of the students of the Nursing Career. Method: Descriptive documentary. Results and conclusion: The actions for the integrated tutoring of students' scientific work were elaborated from the systematization of the referents related to the subject, taking into account the characteristics of extracurricular work, course work and diploma work, as well as the study of the preparation of the tutors in charge of this activity and the experiences obtained by the authors.
