Objective: to analyze the main nursing care in the management of bronchial asthma crisis in adults. Method: Descriptive documentary. Results and conclusion: The interpretation of the main nursing care in the management of bronchial asthma crisis in adults is fundamental to guarantee adequate and effective care. This care includes the correct administration of bronchodilator medications, such as beta-2 adrenergic agonists, as well as constant monitoring of the patient's vital signs. It is necessary to provide education to the patient about his or her condition and how to manage it correctly, including the proper technique for using inhalers and other inhaler devices. This education can help empower the patient to take an active role in their self-care and better manage bronchial asthma attacks in the future.
