Interpretation of nursing care in hypertensive adults

Objective: to interpret nursing care in hypertensive adults. Method: Descriptive documentary study. Conclusion: Nursing care plays an integral role in the management of hypertension in diabetic patients. Education, regular monitoring, and building trusting relationships are key aspects to ensure optimal care. Nurses play a key role in promoting the health and well-being of these patients, minimizing the risk of complications and improving their quality of life. To effectively address hypertension and diabetes, a multidisciplinary approach and collaboration between patients, nurses and other health professionals is needed.
