Psychosocial factors in university teachers from telework during the pandemic

Abstract

Objective: to evaluate the impact of psychosocial factors in teachers of the faculty of Sciences of the ESPOCH who perform telework during the pandemic COVID-19. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: 22.83% of teachers are in an adequate situation with respect to the influence of the extra-work environment on the work, while 9.78% are in low risk where it is not necessary to intervene, also 21.17% of teachers are in medium risk with respect to this dimension. Conclusions: The teachers present stress and work tension generated by the telework during the pandemic all this due to the long working hours and the excess of work.
