Abstract

Objective: to determine the degree of influence that stress exerts on staff job satisfaction. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: the correlation coefficient yielded a value of -0.667, which corresponds to an average negative correlation. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is validated. Conclusion: The stress recorded at Clínica San Pablo is related to high levels of job satisfaction and, in fact, explains up to almost half of the perceptions of pleasure, pleasure and satisfaction of the collaborators.
