Objective: to evaluate the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and degree of work stress in the workers of the N-3 Health Center, Riobamba - Ecuador. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and Conclusion: A correlation between psychosocial risk factors and work stress is evidenced through Pearson's chi-square test (χ²) and a p significance level of 0.05 was used, obtaining a result of p = 0.000 which allows me to reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis which in this case is the following, to establish the correlation between psychosocial risk factors and the level of stress present in the workers of the N-3 Health Center, Riobamba. This indicates that, as psychosocial risk factors increase, occupational stress will also increase, however, the opposite may happen and decrease in both.
