Objective: To identify health alterations in gas station attendants of ADECAMOR CIA LTDA, Ecuador, in the year 2020. Method: descriptive, observational study. Population: 38 workers of five gas stations belonging to ADECAMOR CIA LTDA. Results: It can be observed that there is irritation of the nasal mucosa in a higher percentage in workers with less than 12 months of service compared to those with between 233 and 276 months. Conclusion: The problems associated with exposure to chemical substances in fuels in ADECAMOR CIA LTDA. allowed us to conclude that fuels generate respiratory and dermatological pathologies in the health of workers, being more marked in the male gender.
