Intervención de enfermería para disminuir los trastornos mentales

Resumen

Objetivo: Analizar la intervención de enfermería para disminuir los trastornos mentales. Método: Descriptivo documental, se revisaron 15 artículos científicos publicados en PubMed. Conclusión: Las intervenciones de enfermería no farmacológicas han demostrado ser eficaces en la prevención y manejo de diversos trastornos mentales, mejorando la calidad de vida de los pacientes en contextos críticos, geriátricos, y perinatales. Estas intervenciones, que incluyen desde la musicoterapia hasta el uso de tecnologías asistidas, permiten un enfoque holístico, reducen la dependencia de tratamientos farmacológicos y fortalecen el bienestar emocional y físico de los pacientes.
