Entrenamiento en casa para mantener la condición física de salud en la pandemia por COVID-19

Resumen

Objetivo: Describir la importancia del entrenamiento en casa para mantener la condición física de salud en la pandemia por COVID-19. Método: Descriptivo documental, se revisaron 15 artículos científicos publicados en PubMed. Conclusión: El entrenamiento en casa durante la pandemia de COVID-19 demostró ser una estrategia efectiva para mitigar el deterioro de la condición física en diversos grupos poblacionales, aunque no pudo compensar completamente las exigencias físicas específicas de algunos deportes y poblaciones vulnerables. La motivación, el acceso a recursos y el uso de tecnologías digitales fueron factores clave para promover la actividad física y mantener la salud durante el confinamiento.
