Resumen

Objetivo: Analizar la calidad de atención en salud a usuarios, centro de salud Julio Andrade, Ecuador. Método: Descriptivo observacional, la población fue de 60 usuarios del Centro de Salud Julio Andrade. Resultados: El 33% afirman que el trato por parte del personal del centro de salud brindado a los usuarios no es Ni satisfactorio Ni insatisfactorio; porque no se refleja la humanización y la atención integral con los usuarios, ya que el personal de salud atiende a bastante población y se ve saturado el servicio por lo cual genera estrés tanto para los usuarios y para el personal que atiende en este centro de salud. Conclusión: El análisis de la calidad de atención en el centro de salud Julio Andrade ha revelado que, si bien existen fortalezas en la comunicación y el trato del personal de salud, persisten desafíos relacionados con los tiempos de espera, accesibilidad e infraestructura.
