Influencia del energizante en la salud oral

Objetivo: Evaluar la influencia de las bebidas energizantes en la salud oral. Método: Para llevar a cabo esta revisión sistemática, se revisaron 15 artículos científicos, siguiendo las directrices del PRISMA. Conclusión: La evidencia sugiere que, aunque las bebidas energizantes y deportivas pueden ser beneficiosas para el rendimiento a corto plazo, su consumo regular presenta riesgos significativos para la salud oral. Es esencial que los atletas reciban educación adecuada sobre las mejores prácticas de higiene oral y opciones dietéticas más seguras para mitigar estos riesgos.
