Regularización de rebordes para adaptación de prótesis fija. Reporte de caso

Objetivo: Presentar la regularización de rebordes para adaptación de prótesis fija desde un reporte de caso. Método: Reporte de caso clínico. Conclusión: En este caso clínico, se observó que la paciente de 78 años presentó una pérdida ósea significativa en el reborde alveolar, debido al uso de una prótesis dental por un periodo de 10, tras realizar la regularización de reborde alveolar se pudo alcanzar el objetivo, así proporcionando un soporte óseo adecuado, más estable y con mejor retención para la elaboración de una futura prótesis total removible.
