Abstract

The effective management of industrial maintenance requires an accurate determination of the criticality of the productive equipment, which is a fundamental factor to optimize resources and maximize operational efficiency. In this context, the present research focuses on the analysis of criticality of the productive equipment in the Weaving Plant of the textile company, through an innovative methodology that integrates the traditional methods of classification with the Data Envelopment Analysis. The practical application of the Data Envelopment Analysis method to evaluate the productive equipment was carried out using as primary sources the company's technical documentation, interviews with specialized personnel and consultations with experts in the area. This methodological approach allowed obtaining an integral and objective evaluation of the criticality of the equipment, providing a solid basis for the optimization of maintenance strategies in the textile plant.
