Improvement of document management: Systematic review

The general objective of the research was to analyze the improvement of document management: Systematic review. The method developed in this research was based on the quantitative approach, resorting to the documentary-bibliographic typology, which allows the analysis of the object of study to be established. In addition, it took the form of a systematic review, a theoretical methodology that seeks to bring together all the knowledge available on a specific area. In order to carry out the systematic review, a protocol was used to organize the information in each selected article. It is concluded that document management must adapt to the changing dynamics of the global environment. This implies not only the digitization of documents, but also the integration of systems that facilitate accessibility, data security and efficiency in management processes.
