Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the tax behavior of the hardware companies of the Santo Domingo canton, case of the hardware company "Comercial Santo Domingo". COVID-19 consequence. The investigation was of a descriptive type, since the objective is only to establish a complete description of the qualities, characteristics and configuration of the hardware company. In the results, it was possible to demonstrate the effects of the economic crisis generated by COVID-19, where in 2020, it registered a decrease in its income, due to the measures decreed by the state to appease the contagions but that significantly affected the sector. economic. It is concluded that the hardware businessmen as a result of the pandemic, take more care of the aspect of health and food, since they refer that many things can be done with health, since otherwise it forces the employer to a state of inactivity and ineffectiveness
