Cadastral information system of the urbanization Arístides Calvanis of the Miranda Municipality of the Falcón state

Abstract

The fundamental objective of the research is to build a Cadastral Information System of the Arístides Calvanis urbanization belonging to the San Antonio parish, Miranda Municipality of the Falcón State; That allows the use of the information provided from said sector, in order to know and delimit their property rights, and in turn obtain the necessary information for cadastral purposes. The research design was non-experimental, the type of field, the descriptive level and the project modality feasible. The population was made up of the people who reside in it. Techniques based on direct observation, surveys, interviews, survey of UTM coordinates and geographic reference were implemented with instruments adapted to the different operations, such as the structured interview guide, questionnaires and GPS, and in this way, generating an information system that will serve as a tool for territorial urban planning in a geographic area.
