Maintenance management system for the company PDV Comunal S.A. in Falcón state

Abstract

The main objective of this research was to propose a maintenance management system for the company PDV Comunal SA in the state of Falcón, the research was descriptive, explanatory and feasible project, the research design is considered a field research and documentary. In this regard, the results were reflected in an evaluation form to later be graphed by a bar diagram and analyzed by the researchers, within these results it was possible to evidence the lack of a maintenance department, lack of an inventory with its respective coding, deficiencies in the planning, programming and execution of the corresponding maintenance activities and the absence of maintenance management indicators. For this, a solution was presented through procedures of logical order for the operational processes of the company with the application of a maintenance management system.
