Optimization of the public transport service

ABSTRACT
The research presented had the general objective of optimizing the public transport service for the El Cardón urbanization, Colina municipality of the Falcón state. The research is of a non-experimental, field, descriptive design and feasible project modality. It was evidenced that the majority of the community's inhabitants use the public transport system as a means of mobilization. The results obtained showed that the travel time of public transport units is between 30 and 60 minutes, which users use more frequently from 6:00 to 7:00 am; the greatest difficulty to access a unit of public transport is from 6:00 to 7:00 am; The units that provide service are in regular condition and users requested to increase the number of public transport units and consider it necessary to design a new route for the route.
