Traditional games in Shuar and their impact on motor development in schoolchildren

Abstract

In the present work, fundamental concepts that intervene in the motor development of children were investigated, in addition, some traditional games of the Shuar culture were investigated, through these studies it was concluded how the traditional Shuar games affect the motor development of the children of the fifth year of basic education of the community. Descriptive methodology. A great percentage of boys and girls have played these traditional games, besides, through these games the interculturalization and conservation of the Shuar culture is preserved and promoted. The traditional games are part of the Shuar culture, the promotion of the games of the culture guarantees the cultural and traditional conservation of the community. This improves the learning of interculturality. This promotes their cultural conservation, guaranteeing the multiculturalism of Ecuador, because a culture is language, clothing, traditions, games, gastronomy, among others.
