Infringement of the right to legal certainty from the right to resistance

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the violation of the right to legal security from the right to resistance. The present work is descriptive, with quantitative approach, non-experimental field, whose methodological strategy was systematized through the synthetic analysis with which it is possible to make an examination of the current situation, supported by the review and documentary analysis of the different laws and regulations in legal, thesis and refereed works, a survey consisting of four questions was applied to a group of 95 lawyers in free practice registered in the forum of lawyers of the province of Tungurahua, whose results contributed to establish the conclusions on the problems studied. In conclusion, this right evidences some contradictions, due to the fact that there is no procedural way to enforce the resistance, it is usually considered by the administration of justice as an act of disrespect to the law.
