Impacto psicològico del COVID-19 en el personal de salud

Objetivo: Analizar el impacto psicológico del covid-19 en el personal de salud. Método: Descriptivo observacional. Conclusión: Si alguno de los trabajadores no sabe cómo controlar sus emociones frente a la pandemia puede verse afectado laboral como personalmente, sin embargo no se puede decir que el personal del hospital presente algún trastorno de depresión, ansiedad, estrés ya que los resultados no fueron significativos, puesto a que se necesita un batería de test y entrevistas clínicas para la recopilación de datos, no obstante podría existir ya que las encuestas relatan que hubo emociones afectadas es por ello que se debe tomar precauciones.
