Objective: To analyze the psychological impact of covid-19 on health personnel. Method: Descriptive observational. Conclusion: If any of the workers do not know how to control their emotions in the face of the pandemic, they may be affected both at work and personally. However, it cannot be said that the hospital staff has a depression, anxiety or stress disorder since the results were not significant, since a battery of tests and clinical interviews are needed for data collection; however, it could exist since the surveys report that emotions were affected, which is why precautions should be taken.
